Lullaby is written for children 1–5 years old. Parents very rarely sing lullabies to older children. The goal of this lullaby is to calm, relax the baby and create the “go to sleep” ritual. This is what you read or sing to your child every night. The same thing over and over, every night. The child gradually learns familiar words, waits for them, and repeats after you. At some point, you pause, and the child himself/herself continues the phrase with a rhythm or sound.
